We work closely with planning and environmental consultants, engineers, power companies and, of course, local and state governments to ensure all planning and regulatory requirements are met. Future Energy is committed to creating investment opportunities in its projects for communities, landholders, and individual and corporate investors – very similar to the successful ownership models which are common in Europe. Our project at Leonards Hill near Daylesford is Australia’s first community-owned wind farm, and the two turbines commenced feeding power to the local grid in June 2011.
